Delete Your IBTrace Account

You can delete your IBTrace account and all associated data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the IBTrace Logger app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete Account under “Danger Zone”.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This immediately deletes your account and profile, then signs you out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app (for example, you’ve lost your device or uninstalled the app), email info@ithrue.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and delete your account within a reasonable time.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account profile (email, name, company) and your cloud-synced device data from our servers. It does not affect data already stored locally, encrypted, on your own device — you can clear that separately from the app’s settings, or by uninstalling the app.
